At Fav Couture , each piece is handcrafted and made to your selected size.
Because our dresses are custom-made and tailored specifically for you, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is placed.
However, we are happy to assist with:
• Manufacturing defects
• Major sizing errors (if measurements were submitted correctly)
• Damaged items during shipping
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
Alteration adjustments are the customer’s responsibility unless there is a confirmed production error.Sizing Disclaimer:
